Henry and Irene Davis are co-owners of Simply Freeze Dry.
Henry is an highly experienced executive including professional accomplishments in Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Semiconductor Design, and Food Processing Systems Design. He has been a Vice President Of Engineering, Chief Technical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. He has served on the Board of Directors for Non-profits concerns and technology Companies.
Irene brings a wide range of experience including Technical Writing, Marketing Consulting, Small scale Jewelry Manufacturing and Operations. She has held Federal Certification to operate an Acidified Food Production Facility. She served as Operations Manager, Business Management, Marketing,and Sales Management. She worked with Henry to redesign a full Food Production Facility to reduce production costs by a factor of ten.
Together they have a command of many different food storage techniques, including freeze drying. Both have provided many classes and seminars to educate professionals across their expertise.
